Producer. Fateha Begum had over 20 years experience in Arts and Education. In the last five years she has focused her work on producing new performance work. She is an associate artist for Stans Cafe Theatre co and delivers their schools programmes as a drama facilitator. She has produced the last three productions by Zeroplus Theatre which were: My Grandad and I, Hackey and Antigone. She has also worked with Culture Central where she managed and produced, ‘Craft and Qawaali’ which was a Transforming Narratives legacy project. Currently she is working with the Birmingham Hippodrome and the recently formed ‘Bangladeshi Arts Development Agency’ in the role of a producer to develop the vision and mission of the organization. Fateha has a wide network of schools and community groups as well good working relationships with key arts organizations in Birmingham.
